Has anyone here cooked oatmeal in a pressure cooker? Feel free to share other oatmeal prep tips

this is a version similar to what I do. (http://www.foodnetwork.com/recipes/alton-brown/steel-cut-oatmeal-recipe.html)
night before:
toast the oats in an oil (butter or coconut oil), until it smells like popcorn
add the liquid and salt, usually water , bring to boil for a few minutes, cover and let sit out overnight. this is quick
or use 50:50 water and whole milk, simmer for 40 minutes, refrigerate and eat in the am, takes longer but the milk makes for a very creamy oatmeal

but I’ll be trying the fermented version next week
