Excellent, welcome home from your vacation
I celebrated New Year’s Day like you would want Francois - with a 5 mile road race, half hung over, on a nice hilly course in Northern Kentucky. Ouch
Didn’t seem to slow down the young College X-country studs that showed up - I did the first mile in 5:39 and they were already gone out of sight! Winning young stud was 25 min and change, or an easy 23-24 without the hills, so I’m sure some of his miles were mid-high 4’s. Since he was only 20, I guess he wasn’t out drinking last night
