Any suggestions on a hand held that does not leak? Have used fuel belt and amphipod models both leak, but when I fill my bottle with Ucan I get this white residue flying all over the place. Thanks in advance.
I have an ultraspire. I like it doesn’t really leak unless you really squeeze it. Doesn’t leak when just running and holding.
I think they make smaller sizes but I feel this works great. Pocket can hold 3 gels but that’s about it.

I have the Nathan QuickShot Plus and SpeedDraw Plus. I love running with them. I’ve tried a Fuel Belt handheld and hated it. Nathan products work perfectly.

Yep. Speed Draw Plus insulated flask for the win.
I only run with a handheld if I know my route doesn’t pass water fountains, or if its really hot, or if I’m trying to simulate hydrating on the move.
That said, echoing others here, I have a Nathan Speed Draw Plus that is absolutely my first choice. I also have a Nathan VaporMax, which is much larger (hence heavier, when filled) and I’d only use on a trail or somewhere I knew might have a long distance without water.

Some people complain about the Nathan’s leaking…they can be a little funny to get the top on correctly. Whenever mine have leaked it has been due to that. For me, I’ve found that turning the top backwards until it seats, then screwing it down always works. If you read reviews about the Nathan’s leaking…really nothing to be worried about.
I have used an Ultimate Direction Fastdraw handheld (holds 20oz) for years and consider it one of my good friends. The newer models have changed a bit and can’t comment if for better/worse, but its been a dependable and solid product joining me on all medium+ runs.
I’ve used several and this is the best. Doesn’t leak, not to heavy, nice pocket for gels, salt, etc.
