Hey tri experts! Need some help!! I need advice on dealing with hammer toe!! When I run longer than 2 hours they curl rite up!! My shoes are not too tite… this was made worse when I broke the small toe next to my second hammer toe… I have iMaz in November so I can’t do anything drastic yet., and has anyone had surgery to correct this??
