I’ve placed a few orders with them, including an order for a dual-suspension mountainbike a few years ago.
I had at least one problem with every order (bad), but their customer service solved each problem quickly and at no cost to me (good). I would place an order with them again… if the price was right. But they aren’t the first place I look when I’m shopping online.
