Since swimming is suddenly the hot thing on ST, has anyone else been following what Ross Edgely is doing re “The Great British Swim?” It’s properly impressive. I also like that he’s just doing this as a physical challenge. Spending all “summer” on a boat swimming 8 hours a day…that’s amazing. Even though a “real swimmer” would never use a wetsuit, it’s an incredible accomplishment!

Yeah it’s been great watching the series of YouTube videos.
With the wetsuit chafing his neck to pieces almost instantly it looked like another dimwit jumping into something completely unprepared.
But after he dropped the initial 100 day thing & committed to just getting it done it’s been an incredible example of real fortitude.
