Raise her up and then shut her down…Hahaha…Love it.

A mate of mine is the RD of the IM70.3 Sunny Coast (Ex Ultraman Oz RD) and she took the day off from her Ironman duties to “race” in the Busso 70.3. The good folks at Ironman Oceania took the time to show her the love all day until they stuck the knife in her back for all to see…Classic Aussie mateship…
