I finished my 30 minute ride with it like that an the tube didn’t blow through, but I’m worried about it. Is there a way to repair this, or do I need a new tire?
Its like 1 cm long crack/hole in the tire
I learned the hard way. Once I had a cut in the tire, tubes kept blowing. I just got a new tire.

Your best bet is a new tire but you can boot it or you can put a used gel wrapper or folded dollar bill between the hole and the tube so the tube doesn’t come out the hole but the hole is susceptible to tearing even more. I’d probably replace the tire.
If you held the empty tire up to the light, would you be able to see light through the hole? If so, definitely toss it. But if not, I have a tire with a couple deep cuts the don’t go ALL the way through, and I’ve put a few hundred training miles on it without issue.
Heh, oh it goes all the way through for sure. I’ll put something in there for now and order a new one.
Crazy glue. I’m dead serious. Take the tyre off, and clean it. Squeeze the crack such that it splits wide open, and put a dab of crazy glue in there - the length of the split. Hold the crack shut for a few seconds.
You now have a perfectly viable training tyre.
