Good swimming pools in Kissimmee, FL?

We are spending xmas in and around Kissimmee this year. Does anyone know of any good lap pools in the general area that are open to the public. 50m preferably. Or regular safe O/W training spots, I guess

(Unlikely I know but I may as well ask …) Also, I don’t suppose one can hire good road or tri bikes in the area? I can take my running shoes but with her knees Mrs Stride will go stir crazy if she can find neither a good pool or have access to a bike for 10 days

The NTC is about a 20-30 min drive north of Kissimmee - great pool! You might want to contact KGrog about borrowing a bike. Z
