Good swim coach in Atlanta, GA?

My swim needs to improve big time. My technique is crap and I am sure that a good coach could do wonders for me.

Any recommendations?

I have heard good things about Dynamo…looking to get there for a lesson myself.

i am interested as well.

thanks

Masters with Maria at Dynamo in Chamblee. Maria is great and there are a bunch of seriously fast swimmers there. She also does some private lessons too I think.

Dynamo Masters is where it’s at. I swim there (usually in the AM) and it’s always a good mix of abilities and an outgoing crowd. Maria does do private lessons and she knows her S**t.

Should have mentioned that. It’s a great group. Experienced swimmers to beginners. I’m one of the slow ones, but Maria has taken me a long way in a pretty short time.

My swim is terrible also so I just did my first swim at Dynamo today and I thought it was great. Plus you swim in a long course pool (50m). Maria provided stroke feedback for a lot of people. I do plan on getting some specific stoke analysis from her as well.

his name is mark anderson www.homeostasis-training.com get in touch with him and ask about some technique lessons. you really wont be dissapointed.

I personally swim at Swim Atlanta. It’s close to home. More imprtantly just get in the water! Develop a feel for the water and don’t lose the feel of the water. All the swim will do is set up your next event at a race! Learn to be as efficient as possible. It doesn’t matter what pool you call home! Get some good help and stay in the water.
