Mix together the cooked turkey with cooked Quinoa, add any spice for taste like garlic, chili powder, or tumeric. Makes a goulash type of meal, very filling and good for you.
A nice pasta sauce or rice sauce with ground turkey is: Ground Turkey and onions sauteed. Drain any fat. Add some salt and pepper and diced zucchini and some canned diced tomatoes. Simmer until heated through and the zucchini starts to soften. You can add some extra seasoning if you like to the sauce when it is cooking like basil, rosemary etc… whatever you like. Nice change from standard pasta sauce. Also works with ground pork or ground chicken.
