Good, no great service from Tacx

…and more specifically Ochsner, their service center in the USA. It seems people like to crow about good service in the forum so here’s one.

The Tao bottle cage is the ginchiest. Very secure and you don’t have to “argue” with them to get your bottles in and out. Further, they get around the clamp band for my front derailleurs and not every cage is going to do that. I use them on my down and seat tubes.

To the point. The fittings had fatigued and broken so I sent the cages in and requested replacements - just for the fittings - and asked them to let me know how much I owed. BANG! - two brand new cages, no charge.

I’m sure cornering the bottle cage market is not part of their business model and their success doesn’t turn on this segment but they deserve recognition.
