Apparently they think this will be more appealing to adults
I’ve never heard a less appealing name.
What are your thoughts?

Fucking losers
I think it’s funny. More of a novelty. Can only be purchased online and will be on sale for unit one week.
I think that it is funny. Kids will still call them goldfish and adults with a sense of humor will buy them for the laughs.
I was snacking on some with my son while reading that. With French onion dip.
I think it’s hilarious. Well played by them.
I think it would have been funnier had they renamed them Koi… at least somewhat similar to goldfish, sea bass are not that appealing when you look at them…
Is this an April Fools article that somehow didn’t get published until October?
Maybe I need more coffee, but I can’t tell if this is a joke or not.
Holy carp!!!
Since Campbell Soup owns Pepperidge Farm, I’ve always wondered why they don’t package Goldfish and Tomato Soup together, like the way you get yogurt with granola
They finally came around a couple of years ago
Goldfish are for kids. Sea bass are for men. I just ordered a bunch.
I think they should call them flounders because that is what people who eat them do. I think Chilean Sea Bass is one of those fishes that are not fished in an environmentally friendly way. So there is that. I would think this might attract the ire of envirommentalists. I avoid buying Chilean sea bass in the grocery store if it is real Chilean Sea Bass it is almost certainly illegally caught.
@s5100e , “koi” would have been funny too!
@anon14053052 that it was something from The Onion would have been my first thought too
@Triocd LOL
