Golden Cheetah Weight Workout

Off season is here and this cyclist is lifting some weights and doing some running. Inputting my runs in GC is simple enough but I wanted to see if anyone has come up with an elegant solution for inputting weight workouts. I imagine it will have to be a manual workout and then just putting stuff in the notes…? Ideally I would like to see/track some improvements in the number of reps/weight etc. I would be interested in see what people have come up with.
