I’ve been uploading all of my power files for the past year onto my wife’s comptuer (Macbook Pro) while I wait to buy another laptop. I know this is a stupid question, but if I switch to Windows, can I transfer my Golden Cheetah files onto that laptop?
In other words, can I transfer the files from Golden Cheetah on my wife’s Macbook onto Golden Cheetah on a PC?
Yes, I am computer illiterate.
I went back to a PC from a mac and used dropbox to transfer all my files. I don’t use GC but use wko and had no problem.

Thanks, Brian. Hopefully I’ll be okay. I don’t want to lose all of my data, and don’t want to really be tied to the Mac platform just for my training. . . . . that seems silly.
For Golden Cheetah (at least on a Mac), the files are all stored as “.gc” files. I wish I could see what the PC version of the files are stored as, but I would imagine they would be the same. If that’s the case, I shouldn’t have much issue, but I’m hoping someone can confirm what I am suspecting.
I’ve used dropbox to go between GC on my mac and Linux.I can’t imagine going to a pc would be any different or more difficult
