Gluten-free energy bars

Does anyone know which energy bars, gels, and alike are gluten-free? Thanks.

I know the Clif “Fruit, Nuts, & Sea Salt” Bars are gluten free. They are also 70% organic with the exception of the nuts. They are really good. I like the apple flavor. They only have 9 ingredients that are simply food.

I also eat Lara Bars. Some of them don’t taste that great but the Coconut Cream Pie are great and seem to be everyones favorite. I’m 99% sure they are gluten free as well.

These are all I eat on rides with water and salt tabs.

You can find both of what I mentioned above at Whole Foods.

Best of luck.

First Endurance’s EFS bars were gluten-free and were awesome, best energy bar I’ve ever used.

They’ve been out of production for a while now. Rumor is that they are close to re-releasing it after tweaking the formula and some of their sourcing, but dates keep getting pushed back.

x2 on the Larabars. They are gluten free and I tried one today that wasn’t so good. Chocolate chip cookie dough was good.

Pretty sure Hammer bars are too.

x4 on the Larabars. I used them exclusively as my nutrition on the bike for B2B this past November.

FirstEndurance bars. I also like Lara bars. Both are gluten free. The Lara bar seems to hold up a bit better than the first generation FE bar to being stuffed in a jersey pocket, but there’s a new FE bar on the way…

Most candy bars (ie Reese’s, Skor etc.) are gluten free or low enough gluten not to cause a reaction in me (highly sensitive). These make a good gf powerbar for cheap.

The best bar in the world!!! Bonk Breaker!!! http://www.bonkbreaker.com/

Disclaimer, i m the distributor in canada of those. Made in california, Gluten and dairy free. If you like peanut butter… you will love those bars. They are doing amazingly well in Canada and the staff keep on eating them all the time…for free!

give it a try, it s honestly the first time in my life that i like a sport bar, like if it was candies!!! And they are perfect to put in a jersey on a hot ride…dosnt melt or break down…

I found these… and pretty much eat them constantly! Gluten and dairy free, with some that are even Vegan.

I’ve been using Betty Crocker Fruit Flavored Snacks on some of my rides. Each packet is 90 calories. And they are gluten free. They have them around different holiday at Sams club or Costco (46 package box for under $10).

Bumblebars are GF, made here in spokane, wa and very careful they put top notch stuff in there. The chocolate one is amazing.

I am excited to try the new First Endurance bar, would love to hear more about it Jordan…

I eat these on my easyish rides Peanut Butter Crispy Rice Bars

larabars are great too. I also throw Udis GF bagel in my pocket for a ride

I’ll vouch for the bonkbreaker bars. They had them at the spinathon for Janelle Morrison. I tried all the flavors and they were all great.

In my opinion Larabars are the best. Period.

I love the FE bars and can’t wait till they are re-released! Until then I have been using Kind bars - Dark Chocolate Cherry Cashew is AMAZING

Kind Bars are really great as well, my girlfriend likes them, a bit too nutty for me though. I’m more of a fruit guy.

The simply bar. http://wellnessfoods.ca
It is a more solid bar, stands up to heat well, lots of protein.
