Glue for swim goggle nose piece

My tyr special ops goggles came apart where the nose bridge piece attaches to the goggle rim. Can anyone recommend a glue/epoxy to use in an attempt repair these goggles. Both pieces appear to be plastic and not silicone like the eye socket seals The goggles are way out of warranty so sending back to tyr is not an option. Thanks for any tips.

in all honesty, if there’s a chance of the goggles failing during an OWS is it worth the effort? Other than that, maybe check the model airplane hobby stores - more different kinds of glue than ever imagined.

My nose bridge broke a while ago too. I replaced it with some string and the little rubber piece that comes with Swedes. It’s worked well enough for the past year, just as well as the original nosepiece.

Buy a new pair. Glue + Time = more than $25 the price of a new pair.

@ racin: the Ops were special order custom, over $39 so it might be worth trying a repair, then using for training or pool use only.

@MSUtri: great idea to try a little string around repair site.

@BrandonMarsh: custom color goggles were over $39, I think a repair attempt is worth it!

@jakers: Thank You! (my nephew will be getting the Ops if any repair actually works)
