The rubber strap leading back to the rear adjuster recently snapped on my Giro Pneumo helmet. I noticed the harness portion of the helmet (the rubberized straps) snap into the foam shell; does anyone know if these are replaceable? I’ve already purchased a new helmet, but it’d be a shame to toss this one if a quick & inexpensive fix is available.
Call um. They have sent me replacement pads no problem.
Sent them an email already, still waiting to hear back. It’s not the pads that I need though, but the plastic/rubber head harness itself.
Giro is really good with customer service. If, however, you cannot get a new Roc-Loc, check out www.probikekit.com They often sell replacement parts for a fair price.
