Does their stuff fit small?
I am typically a small but if Euro sizing will wear medium bibs. Basically small in everything but with Castelli bibs I do wear medium.
5’6 @ 145.
Their sizing chart would put me in small jersey medium bibs… Just debating between small and medium bibs.

I’ve purchased their FRC Doppio road suit and I’m taller (5’10†and 150 lbs) and heavier than you, but went with a size small. Plus, the arms seem to be almost on the looser end… so I’d definitely try their small sizing. Maybe order two sizes and return what doesn’t fit, if still in between.
I wear castelli medium bibs and medium road suits, if that helps.
Depends what level kit you’re looking at as to how it may fit.
Silverline etc is fairly generous with its cut, but the FRC is very definitely race fit, but is also quite stretchy.
The FRC tops can come up a bit short at the front, so if you are longer bodied for your height, then its something to consider.
FRC bibshorts can be a bit restrictive if you are a bit of a “quadzilla”, but length is pretty good.
Our club kit is FRC and I’ve got about 4 sets and a few other pairs of straight frc shorts, and they’re all a mix of small and medium, @ 5’9" and 150ish…
