Hi there…first time posting on here. A very special friend of mine is running her first Ironman event in June, and I won’t be able to make it to Idaho to cheer her on. My question is: what’s a good gift to get someone running in their first big event like this? I’m stumped! Thanks…

but I couldn’t agree more with the “gift cert for a massage” person. That is worth a million bucks to a sore athlete!
