Giant Trinity Fouriers Spacers

So I recently moved my aerobars and pads a bit more forward so that i’m not so much in a crunched position on my trinity. Upon tightening the bolts that hold the bars in place, I somehow stripped the threads of the object in which the bars enter.
-I’m currently using the Fouriers angled spacer to raise the bars 10 degrees (here’s the ebay link)

I’m not really too keen on wanting to spend $98 for this product again, so i noticed another set of angled spacers for only $35. This would be perfect for me if I can set them a bit lower than what’s pictured so that i can not only angle the pads (as shown in the ebay post) but also angle the bars as well

Does anyone know if these $35 spacers are able to angle the aero bars as well as the pads?

Here’s my angle setup currently

No, the cheaper spacers only angle the pads
You have to get the same as you had in order to tilt the whole lot

It’s possible to repair stripped threads, Google “thread repair coil”. Campagnolo actually uses those coils as standard in some of their products and I’ve seen some testing that shows they’re more durable than the original threading in the aluminium.

Helicoils are the repair parts in question.

I was thinking of doing that as well. I’ve repaired some stripped threads before. May as well try that before dropping $100 on bar clamps…

huh… I’ve never seen insertable threads like this, looks interesting.
