Giant TCR Comp 1 for £1439.99 (approx €1785 or $2310 US) - Is this a great deal or what? Full Ultegra (Except chain and cassette 105).

I’m so new to all this, I’m guessing the difference is for Bontrager Wheels (mostly?)???
