I am trying to figure out how the Supreme Court could find a way to make gerrymandering unconstitutional for democrats, yet totally fine for republicans. That might take some real creativity.

Don’t worry, these people are very creative. They’ll find the way but it really won’t matter. Soon voting will only be for local elections and the rest will just be for show.
