I think he is off his rocker, and nothing he does is altruistic; but my favorite stat, between him and Trump they have 17 children across 6 partners.

So as I’ve dug a little further, I find this interesting. Correct me if I get anything wrong:
Musk -
- Donated $150 million to the Trump campaign in some fashion.
- Headed up a Republican voter registration drive that involved a $1million lottery prize
- Went on Joe Rogan a week before the election and:
- claimed that he could not go to Mars if Kamala is elected
- claimed that he would be sent to prison if Kamala is elected
- urged the viewers to vote for Trump
- convinced Joe Rogan to endorse Trump
- Bought Twitter and turned it into a right wing disinformation factory
So it seems like he REALLY wanted Trump to win. Oh, also, it turns out Trump wants to appoint him to a cabinet position.
Someone please tell me this is fake news.
He was on Trump’s call with Zelensky.
Until Trump gets bored of him I think it’s reasonable to assume he’s going to be the second most powerful person in the executive.
Musk isn’t going anywhere. He is playing the long game; giving Trump money, soon spreading money around the R party, buying his way in at the top.
He’s planning to be the one who replaces Trump when he dies. Yes, when he dies. Congress will, sooner than later, vote him President for life and the SC will approve in as a special circumstance. You all can go cry all you want but it’s a done deal.
The democracy is gone, but the good news is that Musk with ban all oil burning devices and replace everyone’s vehicle with a Tesla, that the Federal government is going to pay for.
So we lose our democracy but save the world. I guess it’s better than the other way around.
Should pair nicely with more high end tax cuts.
Elon doesn’t have the charisma for it, but I agree that that’s exactly what he wants.
The Trumpers are a bunch of cultists. After Trump is dead, they will start acting like Musk and calling themselves Muskets!

Not much else to say. He is very socially awkward. And he desperately wants to be seen as ‘cool’.

The same way most of the dictators in the world did. He was elected and Congress will vote him President for life. Supreme Court will approve it.
Just look around world history to see how it’s done.
The Constitution will be nothing but an old document that they study in a class named How Democracies Fail.

Step off the ledge my friend. For that to happen 2/3’s vote in congress then what 3/4 of the states need to ratify it.
