Anyone slowtwitchers attending the 24-hour spin in Missasauga at the Hershey’s centre, promoted by gears bike shop in Toronto? I’am one of the crazy 11 who are going all 24 hours straight, guess I better start shaving my balls because I’ll be in some serious pain.
Should be fun, if anyone here is going maybe we could all meet up.

one of the local tri coaches in Hawaii hosts one, think it was this past weekend, it’s a benefit for Epilepsy, no idea how the hell he does it. I went in for one session last year and he wore me out in an hour.
So you’re one of those crazies who goes the full 24-hours, I don’t know how you do it, mentally & physically!!!
I’ll be there again this year, 2nd time for me. I’ll be there, Saturday night from 6 - 10, we are in the front row - if you see a big chick that’s me

I’m on team Carpe Diem Fitness Training. How will I know it’s you, ya got a first name, or should I just yell out “hey wenger!!!” to every guy I see riding on the stage. I know who some 24-hour riders are Wallace , Rushton etc.
I’am about 6’4, 18 and will be in all black, I kinda stand out sometimes.
