Gatorade Powder?

I’ve drank it half strength for decades, love the lemon lime. Occassionaly I add Endurolytes powder to it if I am having cramping issues.

That sounds like a good plan. I actually add a dash of Himalayan pink salt to half-strength lemon lime Gatorade in addition to taking low dose (150mg/daily) Magnesium supplements to help with cramping during swimming.
