Does anybody know if the Garmin software (i.e. Logbook) conflicts with the software for the Forerunner 305? I used the software for the Forerunner 201 and want to know if I should remove that program first before installing the new software.
No it doesn’t mess with it. But to be on the safe side do an export history from the logbook software before installing the Training Center software that comes with the 305. Once installed do an import history. All should go in.
Garmin stopped supporting the logbook software some time ago switching to the traning center software. I actually downloaded & used the Training Center software with the 201 some time ago.
