Garmin Denmark - Worst service ever!

It’s now almost a month since my 910xt broke, and despite several mails and phonecalls, Garmin has still not been able to sort things out. My watch is still under warrenty and I had never expected to meet this kind of terrible support. Therefor I’m hoping that someone can provide me with a number or mailadress to someone at Garmin who I can complaint to and who actualy will do something about it. Only numbers and mail adresses I can find for Garmin Denmark is for their first level support and so fare they haven’t provided any kind of help to me.
Story short:
The on/off button started to fail on the watch. I called support and they said that they would make a repair note andsend a returformular. After 4 days I called back to see weather they had forgotten me. I was given a explanation about a new complaint sytem they had just started and that had messed up alot of thing. After yet another few days my return formular arrived, and i send my watch to Garmin. 4 or 5 days later my watch returned. ( Not the one I send, but a refurbished). Turnes out that the watch they had send my has a deffect vibrator and there is something totally wrong with the SW. Every 3th or 4th time it is turned on it is back at first setup screen, Workout is recorded as 31/12 1989 and 42352km in 1 hour!!! History is not working and so on. I called support number and a friendly man made a long note of all the problems and every issue I have had and that I had made a factury rest many times but this didn’t help. He then explained that a technician would look into it and I would be contacted for next step. 3 days later a mail arrived from a technician with a advice to make a reset of the watch!!! I had allready explaind that I had done that alot of time but it didn’t make any difference!! Allso a link for a service formular so I filled it out and now, 5 days later, I am still waiting to hear from Garmin.

If there only was another watch on the marked that remotly had the same function as Garmin’s 910xt I would look that way, but affraid that there is not.
On the positive side, this help’s quit a bit with my cosideration regarding buying a Garmin vector powermeter

Any contact for someone responsible at Garmin who would actually care about a troublet customer is welcome…
