I’ve used Garmin Connect for a couple years and last weekend had to install Norton Security because I caught a bad virus. Now I can’t seem to login to Garmin Connect although I can get into the MY.GARMIN login. Do I need to do something in the Norton Security program to allow the site. I keep getting a security warning popup about Do I want to open the page with non-secure data (or something like that) and I say yes, but I still can’t get to my Garmin-Connect dashboard.
Any IT help is appreciated.

A few days ago I couldn’t log into Garmin Connect either. I hadn’t installed anything new on my computer and thought Garmin was doing something to their site. But then I went onto another computer and I could log in just fine. On my computer it kept sending me to the sign in page, and I would sign in, and then get the sign in page again. Sometimes in the top right corner it would say I was logged in, but I still got the sign in page no matter what area I clicked on.
I sent an email to them asking for help, describing the problem. They have not responded to me, but I think they just fixed it because in 24 hours I was able to finally sign in again and get access back to my stuff.
I know it’s different then what’s going on with you, but the time frame is exactly the same as mine, just in case, I thought I’d share. Hope this helps.
