My watch for no reason went from a watch to a frozen green triangle. I followed the tips for troubleshooting which was to hold power button for 15 seconds. Every time I restarted the same green triangle except now I have a just blank screen. Garmin is plugged in. It was at full power. Watch is pretty much brand new and it was fully charged and I was not even using it for an activity, just using it as a watch. Lemon? Any ideas?
contact Garmin support, they’ll replace it for you.
Thanks - just did and none of the steps worked so they are replacing it. That was a nice week I had with the watch anyway.
Try a full reset:
Power off
Power on and as soon as the triangle appears press and hold both top and bottom right buttons.
Release the top right after the first beep
Release the bottom right after the second beep.
You’ll lose all settings and data.
