Just like everybody else it seems, I am trying to resolve some PF issues. Can anybody give me a good reference for a gait analysis? I am looking at changing shoes from my Asics DS Trainers to something else (Maybe VF’s) or Nike frees, but would like an experts opinion first.

Simply the best PT for runners in the tri state area. It’s a looooooong drive from AA but well worth it. His custom orthodics were the best…not 100% sure he’s still doing those.
Also: all my PF issues (which weren’t actually PF - suprise!) were solved by a massage therapists at InTouch on Eisenhower…Christia. Miracle worker, IMO.
Thanks, I’ll check it out. I am willing to drive a few hours to get things right. Heck worst case I may drive to Cincy to have rroof’s practice take a look. I would rather stay away from orthodics though, if at all possible.
Sports massage is definitely worth considering. I’ve never been there, but Nick Willis swears by this guy:
