Fuji Aloha 2.0

I’m wondering if there is anything that is glaring wrong with the 2011 Fuji Aloha 2.0 other than the color?
The geometry chart says 78* seat post angle. The Motobecane Nemesis says on the face page 78* but the chart says 76*. The Fuji is $800 and 9 speed vs 2013 Motobecane $1000 and 10 speed. I’m on a reallly tight budget and don’t need the high end shifters.
Please steer me away from these if there have been problems.
Thanks

They’re essentially the same frame made in the same factory.

The seat tube on the Motobecane looks alot fatter vs the Fuji.
Can you put a 10 speed cog on a 9 speed bike? And would the Dura Ace 9 speed arerobar shifter work if for the 10 speed?

Don’t get 9 speed.

Yes

No

There are quite a lot of racers who started out with the Fugi Aloha. Don’t worry about it being 9 speed. I have a 9 speed road bike and a 10 speed road bike and a 9 speed tri bike and a 10 speed tri bike. They all shift the same and ride the same. One more gear makes no difference.

I had an 08 Fuji Aloha that was identical to the Nemesis and not the Aloha pictured. The geometry was very long and low, with stack and reach similar to a Cervelo P3.

There is definitely a difference in the seat tube.

Yep - the 2012 Nemesis the OP references uses the same frame as the 2008 Aloha frame with the “aero” carbon seatpost (“aero” in quotes because I don’t want to start a 16-page argument over whether or not it’s really aero).

Somewhat contrary to what was posted above, the 9-speed shifters will work with 10-speed - if you use the friction setting instead of indexed. I upgraded my '08 Aloha to 10-speed and it worked fine.
