FTP Builder Zwift vs Trainer Road

Anyone have any feedback on either of these or both. Which did you feel you had better success. Did you feel you achieved the gains you were hoping for. Looking to start a 10-12 week build. Any input would be appreciated. Thanks.

I’m 5 weeks into the 8 week “Sustained Power Build - Mid Volume” plan on TrainerRoad.

Extremely pleased with the results. Wanted something to crank up my FTP before I went into the TrainerRoad Long Course Triathlon plans, and it is sure working. If I see half the improvement in the back half of the plan that I did in the front half I’ll be a pretty happy (and fast) guy.

I’m on my second year of doing the 12 wk. FTP builder on Zwift. It mixes up workouts to keep things interesting but doable and I can’t say enough good things about it.
