Whats the difference between the Energy and Gossamer compact cranks?

the Energy is a hollow arm, bolt on spider style crank - think Dura Ace/XTR style. The gossamer is a “traditional” forged, solid crank arm/spider assembly - think Campy Chorus.
Energy is slightly higher end - positioned just below the carbon crank sets. Gossamer is very comparable to a Chorus or even Record crankset in practical terms (although not as nicely finished as Record) - Just slightly old fashioned in terms of technology, but very nice.
