I have owned these wheels since new and had them for 8-9 years. Strava tells me they have 6,000 miles on them.
This version of the Zipp 404, from 2014+, has the 188 V9 rear hub with virtual 3x lacing and Sapim CX-Ray bladed spokes. Braking is more than acceptable, especially with Zipp brake pads or SwissStop Yellow King or Black Prince brake pads. I descended the steep hills of Hawaii Island without problems, even in the rain.
I am including the original Zipp skewers and rim strips.
Note the wheels have a 250lb rider limit and 125 PSI pressure limit.
Condition
Both wheels are true and roll smoothly. The rear hub has brand-new bearings. There are some scratched spokes on the drive side of the rear wheel, near the hub, where the chain came off and went behind the cassette. Please see the pictures for more details.

Shipping is free. The wheels will go in a cardboard double wheel box.
Initially, I had no takers here, so I replaced the bent spoke (from a chain derailment), listed them on eBay, and got a non-paying bidder. Now, they’re back on Slowtwitch.
