I have a EE forefoot and a narrow heel. I don’t know how these shoes would fit. Do they come in widths?

Hi there-- not sure if they would be a perfect fit or not, but one reason I am not using them is that the forefoot is a bit too wide for me, and wider than my normal shoes. For reference, I normally use Nike Air Max Plus, Nike Lunar series and Adidas Response trainers.
