Hey Slowtwitch community,
I’ve been bothered by a statistic: only 9% of triathletes have access to professional coaching, leaving most of us to figure things out through forums, Google searches, and trial and error. I’m working on a solution and need input from experienced athletes.
I’ve built Guava Tri, an AI-powered platform that aims to bring intelligent training guidance to self-coached athletes. Think of it as having a knowledgeable training partner available 24/7 to analyze your workouts, adapt your plan, and answer those 10pm questions about tomorrow’s brick session.
Looking for alpha testers who:
- Currently self-coach (by choice or necessity)
- Want to try something new and provide honest feedback
- Are willing to share what actually helps vs. what’s just noise
What you get:
- Full access during testing (no cost)
- Web, iOS, and Android apps with Strava integration
- A chance to influence something being built specifically for our community
Not selling anything here – genuinely seeking feedback to build something useful. If we’re going to use AI in endurance sports, let’s make sure it actually serves athletes’ needs.
