I’m looking for a set of 700C race wheels with a rim similar to a zipp 404. Weight is a concern so I would prefer tubular, but would go clincher for the right set.
My budget is $700 CAN and obviously I would like to get something in good shape.

Many manufactures will not let a dealer advertise a product / Item below MAP (minimum advertised price). However most Manufactures do not care what it’s sold for if they do not hear about it from, (Other Complaining dealers). Just ask a dealer what His/Her best price is, it may something’s surprise you and you can ride new wheels with a warranty and the lastest technology and speed.
