Have a Litespeed Saber 650cc bike. Have a crack in the fork, so I need a new one.

What Kind should I get?

what is difference in 40 and 43mm rake that I saw on reynolds forks?

Replace with a fork of the same rake as the one you have. Don’t mess with the handling. 3mm may not seem like a lot, but it can make a difference in the stability of the bike.
