Most runnersworld, triathlete, velonews, etc have add in the back for printers who specialize in this.

The two sources that races I’ve helped with have used are Marathon Printing and Rainbow Racing…they are both very reliable, have a lot of options, and are reasonably priced.

I’ve used rainbow racing systems for my race. Also, if it’s a low-key kind of thing. Runner’s World has an option to get free race numbers. In return, you have to send them the database of your participants and put a subscription ad in the race bags.

Electric City printing is who we’ve used, though they have screwed up a few times… I’m considering trying Rainbow Racing this year.
