Foot pain for 1,5 years

Hello everyone,
please sorry for my English in advance.
I am male, 29 years old, 180cm and 73kg. I have had chronic foot pain on both sides for almost 1.5 years, with the right foot being worse than the left. The pain is under the feet on the sole of the foot. There is a reason for this: Due to the pandemic, all sports studios were closed and because I wanted to keep fit, I “discovered” a new hobby for myself, “fast walking”. I practised this hobby 2-3 times a week for about half a year. And before the pain first occurred, I intensified this exercise for a month, i.e. I walked several kilometres at a high tempo almost every day. And one day on February 1st, 2021 I increased my walking distance 3x times (about 15-20 km). I remember that I felt bad after I walked so much, this was huge damage to my feet. From then on I developed burning pain in the soles of my feet within 2 days. I want to mention that I used to do martial arts and never had foot pain, but I have to say that I never ran or walked so much before.
I’ve been by many doctors (neurologist, rheumatologist, orthopaedist). And none of them could say the exact cause of my problems. The first doc said it looked like plantar fasciitis. Six months later another doctor said it looked like metatarsalgia and not plantar fasciitis. Another orthopedist said I should do MRI. So I did X-rays and an MRI scan, but nothing could be seen there either. I’ve been to the orthopedist several times, and he doesn’t understand why I’m still in pain, even though everything is fine according to the MRI.
At the beginning of my pain (in the first 4 months) one of my symptoms was very visible. I had every time redness on my feet when I walked 2-3 kilometres or when I did go on a hard surface at home without soft shoes. But in the last months that redness occurs less common.
I could not upload a photo here (too big) to show my redness. But I uploaded it here: https://i.postimg.cc/fy6qqvf4/IMG-7114.png
Have anyone dealt with that kind of issue that I Have and could give me some advice?

I’m sorry to hear about your foot pain. Its frustrating when doctors can’t figure out what it is and the images don’t provide any clues.
I also have problem feet and have been struggled with both plantar faucitis and heel bursitis for many years.
The only advice I have is to make sure you stretch your feet and calves every day. Get those muscles and tendons as resilient as possible. This has helped me reduce the amount of foot injuries as I get older.

Hey Guff,

I´m sorry to hear about your foot problems too. How did you get plantar fasciitis? And how do you know that you have plantar fasciitis and not other foot condition?

I heard about shockwave therapy that can help to treat plantar fasciitis. Cortisone injections can also help but there are side effects.
