My left foot goes numb while riding. I get some relief by standing. If I continue to sit and spin hard, the numbness will travel up the leg. Anyone have any ideas?
Impossible to diagnos over the net but it’s fair to asume it’s likely to do with your sciatic nerve. Could be piriformis syndrome with some sacro-iliac involvement. Find a good chiropractor or PT and let him/her have a look at it.
