Tom Z, Assuming you still post on ST, please have them fill the “potholes” on the off road portion of the run, and please tell the walkers to move off to the side and leave the “better” running surfaces for those still trying to run.

If you want to practice open water swimming in Orlando I highly recommend Luckyslakeswim.com.

Swam all week there a few months ago and it was a blast. They take off 6:30 sharp during the week. A little later on Saturdays.
