What were your May goals and how did you do?

What are your June goals?

My May goal was to not use a particular unhealthy coping skill. Goal met :smiley: so proud of myself - first full calendar month of not using that particular skill in 2026. I am 37 days in a row w/o it.

Goal for June is the same, extend the streak and no use of that particular unhealthy coping skill.

Year count is 145 / 152 year.

Sometime around 6:00AM on June 1, 1982, I accepted a challenge from a crew of the neighborhood dads who invited all comers, of all ages, male or female, to join them for a Sunrise jog after drinking beer all the day before (Memorial Day) #runnerversary

Cool story. I wasn’t a Dad in 1982, class of 1983.

38 days in a row. Had to fight urges to use the unhealthy coping skill yesterday but I fought and won.
