A buddy of mine is trying to use the “fit calculator” on competative cyclist. Once you get all your measurements, how do you apply those measurements to the stack and reach table?

can you elaborate a little. should he not use that fit calculator. I know he should get FIST fitted and then look at the s&r tables but he is low on cash.
He’ll be a lot lower on cash if he buys the wrong size frame.
