FinisherPix help? Unresponsive

1 week is not that long for the pics, I think mine took about 2 weeks and the video that was ordered was another week.

Interesting. their website says around 24 hours. A little customer service would go a long way. I don’t mind taking 1-2 weeks if they will respond and tell me that. being in a customer service business, it’s frustrating when companies could care less if you’re satisfied or not.

I got my pics a few days after my event and the video 2 1/2 weeks after. When I received the pics, I was expecting the video too. I emailed them about it and they replied the next day informing me that it takes up to 3 weeks for the video.

For a recent photo order, I never got the 2nd email, but logging in on the site after about 2-3 days, there was a link to a .Zip file that had full resolution photos.

Did you try e-mailing them? I recently e-mailed them and got a response within 24 hours.

Yes, I emailed them a couple times with nothing more than an automated reply.

Update as of this morning- After a little “buyer beware” note on their FB page, I have been emailed the link to my pics. I’m sure it’s just a coincidence but glad to know I don’t have to fight with the CC company about paying the charge.

Glad you got it worked out. I personally had a positive interaction with them and hope that the timing of your events was just coincidence.

Unrelated, but worth mentioning, I do find that it’s a shame that it comes to calling companies out publicly to get the service you paid for (regardless of if that’s what happened here). I had an instance in the past with a different company, no longer in business, where several e-mails had been ignored but eventually I just wrote a letter to them and included a CC where I linked a forum that I posted the letter on. They took care of me fairly quickly after that but I hate that it needs to come to that to get a companies attention sometimes.

Anyway, glad you got it sorted out regardless of whether that is what happened here.
