I’ve been swimming with my swimp3 player for about an hour a day, 4 days a week for most of the year. A couple of days ago one of the pins that the usb cable plugs into broke off. I left a rambling message on the Finis customer service voicemaill system and prepared myself to buy a new swimp3 player the next day (and I wasn’t at all happing about shelling out the $200 for it).
The very next morning I was called by a tech supprt rep from Finis, who very politely and promptly gave me a return number and promised to send out a brand new swimp3 player that has been redesigned in part to correct the pins from being so exposed. No questions asked. He also offered to call me when the unit shipped to keep me advised of the status.
I was more than pleased and wanted to let everyone know of the stellar customer service that Finis offers. This was not my only contact with them over the last year but it was representive of their quality.
