Anyone ever find gold?

Yes. I have a friend who found somewhere between $5,000 and $8,00 worth of gold coins in the street while riding. No joke.

I find gold urine every time I pee while I take my vitamins when training … maybe I should use the mini-gold pan to check for nuggets

Not while “training” but I found someones leg on the bottom of a lake!!! True story…I was a rescue diver : )
Oh…and if you have nuggets in your urine…they are called kidney stones…been there done that…hurts like hell!!
I found a Motorola Razor one time… it was a bit scuffed but worked great.
No, but one time I after Halloween I was running and almost stepped on a huge toy taranchula. It looked real and scared the the sh*t out of me.
