Anybody have any opinions or experience with the latest wheel offerings from FFWD? They seem pretty reasonable priced right now and I’m curious as to how the quality and performance is compared to the likes of FLO, HED, Zipp, and the other usual suspects.
They are up there and I haven’t seen any negative feedback for their never wheels.

I have a set of the Ryot 77 with dt240s and dont have a single thing to complain about after putting about 5000 miles on them this year

They’re pretty heavy and narrow relative to other modern wheels. I feel like there are better options out there.
Most optimized for 28. Hooked. Most are newer designs. And the weight I don’t see that either.
That said, myself and GF ride Aerocoach which are narrower.
Have FFWD Drift on gravel bike. Set of Raw on road. Set of 77s also.
I had one wheel crack and they replaced it within two weeks with no questions asked. I will 100% buy from them again. I have had both their in-house hubs and the Dt-swiss ones and there was no discernible difference.
55mm wheel is 1460g, 21mm internal, 30mm external. Nothing wrong with that weight and width.
Lighter than a 404. Close to 454 weight while being 2mm wider.
