Can anyone confirm what BB i need for a 2016 Felt IA 16

I know its a BB30 , but do I just need the individual bearings??

You just need the sealed bearing cartridges, the little fiber shields, and the clip rings that lock the bearings into the bottom bracket shell.

Wheels Manufacturing Outboard BB30- Shimano is the pinnacle of BB30 bottom brackets for anyone using Shimano.

Have them on all my bikes.

BB30 as others have said.

I have a used ceramic speed coated that I had in my IA4 if interested.
